  • Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management is essential.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and leisure travel agents.
  • Sales & Marketing/Social Media ability.
  • Strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead/manger and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
  • Ability to gain RMLV/approved manager’s license.
  • RMS (Property Management Software) or Guestpoint experience is advantageous

Job Description 

  • Oversee all daily operations including Guest Services, housekeeping, maintenance and administration with a hands-on approach.
  • Ensure executional guest experience by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
  • Efficiently managing all front office systems and procedures
  • Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
  • monitor the motels budget, wages and expenses and revenue to reach financial targets
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy
  • Ensure the safety and security of guest and staff
  • No Food & Beverage.

Salary – $110,000 – $160,000 per year.
