- Previous experience in Motel or Caravan Park Management is essential.
- Experience working with corporate clients and leisure travel agents.
- Sales & Marketing/Social Media ability.
- Strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead/manger and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
- Ability to gain RMLV/approved manager’s license.
- RMS (Property Management Software) or Guestpoint experience is advantageous
Job Description
- Oversee all daily operations including Guest Services, housekeeping, maintenance and administration with a hands-on approach.
- Ensure executional guest experience by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and service.
- Efficiently managing all front office systems and procedures
- Supervise and roster staff to ensure excellent service delivery and optimum guest satisfaction.
- monitor the motels budget, wages and expenses and revenue to reach financial targets
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy
- Ensure the safety and security of guest and staff
- No Food & Beverage.
