Reservation Software – GuestPoint & SiteMinder

License Required – Approved Manager of a Licensed Venue

Must Haves’:

• Previous motel management experience
• Strong food and beverage management experience
• Proven front office and reception skills
• Experience with GuestPoint and SiteMinder
• Experience with OpenTable, Kounta and TANDA is highly regarded
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
• Ability to manage and motivate a hospitality team
  Good understanding of rooms division and food and beverage operations
• Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets, wages and operational expenses
• Sales, marketing and social media ability
• Current National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one

Job Description –

• Manage the daily operations of a busy regional motel
• Oversee Front Office, Reception, Breakfast and Dinner Service, Housekeeping, Grounds and Maintenance
• Lead the team and maintain service standards across all departments
• Support staff training and operational procedures
• Monitor financial performance against property budgets
• Manage guest enquiries and concerns
• Identify opportunities to increase room and food and beverage revenue
• Maintain compliance with WH&S, liquor licensing, food safety and fire safety requirements
